The Historic Landmark Committee will meet on Tuesday, May 29, at 4:30 p.m., in the Community Development Center at 231 NE 5th Street.  The purpose of this meeting is to review a Downtown Design Waiver application from KAOS LLC, through which the applicant is seeking waivers to certain downtown design standards.  The applicant is proposing a hotel and restaurant development at 645 NE Third Street where the National Glass Company building currently exists.
