The Building Division reviews building plans and makes inspections to insure compliance with building codes.

By enforcing the codes, we are better able to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of McMinnville residents.

Guided by an Advisory Board, the McMinnville Building Division strives to respond in a quick and friendly manner to your building needs, while ensuring that structures are built or remodeled to comply with the intent of state codes. Inspection of electrical work is done by Yamhill County.
