English speaking volunteers fluent in another language, particularly Spanish, are needed to help us deliver service to all of our community.

Bilingual volunteers help promote communication and understanding between the Police Department and the non-English speaking community.

Bilingual volunteers help:

• Translate handouts and other written materials.
• Assist at community presentations on various safety topics.
• Help our staff better connect with our community.

Volunteers may work evenings, nights or weekends as their schedules permit. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal history check and be able to follow oral and written directions.
