The hours to obtain property from the McMinnville Police Department's Evidence Room are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call for an appointment: 503-434-2345

For best results in obtaining your property, please follow the below listed guidelines:

Make an appointment with our property officer prior to coming into the Police Department. You can reach our property room by calling 503-434-2345. Leave a message if there is no answer, you will receive a call back.
Bring photo identification
If you are not the actual owner, you must provide a notarized letter from the owner stating approval for you to pick up the property

PLEASE NOTE: Property Cannot be released without prior approval from the Investigating Officer, District Attorney or Court. Our Property Officer will not release any property without authorization directly from the above listed sources.
