Bicycle Licensing McMinnville City ordinance 10.36.020 requires that all bicycles within the city have a valid bicycle license. Bicycle licenses can be purchased at the front counter of the Police Department, or you may click here: Bicycle Registration Form to print out your own registration form and mail or drop off the completed form, and the $3.00 fee at the police department. Licenses cost $3 and are valid for three years.

DMV Oregon Traffic Accident ReportDMV Traffic Accident Report forms are available in the lobby of the Police Department. Upon completion, these forms may be turned in or mailed to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Engraver Check-out The Police Department offers the use of engravers to the public at no cost. Engraving your property is an important measure in crime prevention. Additionally, if you are a victim of theft, engraving is critical in ensuring that stolen property is returned to its proper owner.
Fingerprinting Services Fingerprinting services are available Tuesdays from 9 to 11 a.m. No appointment is necessary. There is a $15 fee and you must present photo identification.

Business Office/Records The Records Section functions as the business office for the Police Department and is available to provide assistance to the public in a number of areas. The main responsibility of records is the collection and maintenance of all information for the department. The records specialists process and enter all police reports, traffic citations, field interview reports and warnings into the records management system. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ride Along Program McMinnville Police Department offers members of the community an opportunity to observe police officers at work. Individuals requesting this service are required to fill out an application to ride. If you are 16 years of age or older (under 18 must have parent authorization), please print and fill out the Application and mail or bring to McMinnville Police Department, 121 SW Adams Street, McMinnville, OR 97128.
