Federal Bureau of Investigation

The FBI is a field-oriented organization in which FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., provides program direction and support services to 56 field offices, 400 satellite offices, four specialized field installations, and more than 40 foreign liaison posts. The priorities for the FBI are to protect the United States from terrorist attacks, espionage, foreign intelligence operations, cyber-based attacks and high technology crimes, corruption at all levels.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) 

The primary mission of the Federal Emergency Management Agency is to reduce the loss of life and property and protect the Nation from all hazards, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters, by leading and supporting the Nation in a risk-based, comprehensive emergency management system of preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

As the nation's resource center for child protection, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) spearheads national efforts to locate and recover missing children and raises public awareness about ways to prevent child abduction, molestation, and sexual exploitation. A private, nonprofit organization established in 1984, NCMEC operates under a Congressional mandate and works in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

Oregon Accreditation Alliance (OAA)

The McMinnville Police Department initially became nationally accredited in 1996 through the Commission on Law Enforcement Accreditation, Inc. (CALEA). Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) 

The Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police membership includes police administrators from nearly all of Oregon municipal police departments, tribal agencies, special districts, state police, and railroad police.  The association provides training opportunities, training scholarships, and a voice in legislative actions. The group also actively participates and financially supports the Oregon Special Olympics, College Scholarships, and "Parent Aid" for parents who may suspect their child is using drugs.
