A Citizen Crime Report can be filed when a crime has been committed and there is no known suspect (i.e. lost or stolen items, parking lot hit-and-runs, vandalism, etc.).It is an official document and can assist you in filing an insurance claim if you have insurance coverage. If you have been the victim of a crime that meets the above criteria, please download the Citizen Crime Report, print it out, complete it and mail or bring it to:
