COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR February 08, 2022

The McMinnville City Council met on February 08, 2022 and took the following actions. :

Approved Resolutions:

2022-08: Appointing Victoria Ernst as a representative of City of McMinnville Budget Committee. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

2022-09: Authorizing cooperative fund exchange agreement between City and ODOT known as Fund Exchange Program Agreement No. G001-T041620. (Point of Contact: Josh Adelman, Engineering)

Approved Ordinances:

Ordinance 5109: Amending Chapters 8.36, 10.04, 10.28, 10.36, and 10.44 of the McMinnville Municipal Code Relating to Camping, Abandoned Vehicles, and Bicycles, and Declaring an Emergency.  (Point of Contact: Amanda Guile-Hinman, City Attorney)

Ordinance 5110: Ordinance Approving a Zone Change from O-R (Office Residential) to C-3 (General Commercial) for a 0.2 Acre Parcel at 436 SE Baker Street.  (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Planning Director)

In other business:
Proclaimed February Black History Month

Formally adopted City Council Group Agreements as discussed at the January 25, 2022 Work Session and agreed to each sign the group agreements. 

Urban Renewal Agency: Approval of URA Resolution 2022-01, Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year Ended June 30th, 2021, per ORS 457.460.
