COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR JULY 11, 2023

The McMinnville City Council met on July 11, 2023 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2023-42: Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Haworth, Inc. for the procurement, construction and installation of the Orchard Ave Storm Main Replacement, Project 2023-5. (Point of Contact: Anne Pagano, Public Works Director.)

2023-43: Approving and Authorizing the Executive of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for certain real real property located within the City. (Point of Contact: Walt Gowell, Interim City Attorney.) **ADDED ON 07.12.23 **

2023-44: Approving an IGA between City of McMinnville and McMinnville Fire District and for temporary Fire and Emergency Response Services for a Specific Term. (Point of Contact: Rich Leipfert, Fire Chief.)

In other business: 

Heard a presentation from MW&L Commissioner Ed Gormley on historic books.
