The McMinnville City Council met on October 11, 2022 and took the following actions:
Approved Resolutions:
2022-57: A Resolution Adopting City Service Charge Rates. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)
2022-63: Authorizing Submission of and Supporting a Petition for Formation of a new Fire District Pursuant to ORS 198.800 to ORS 198. and a Ballot Measure for the Formation of McMinnville Fire Districts. (Point of Contact: Rich Leipfert, Fire Chief)
2022-64: Approving Professional Service Contract to David Evans and Associates for City Engineer Services. (Point of Contact: Anne Pagano, Public Works Director)
In other business:
Proclaimed the month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Heard a presentation from Deputy Fire Marshal, Steve Candella regarding the Fill the Boot campaign occurring October 14th and October 15th.
Approved OLCC Liquor License for Ackley Brands, LTD dba: The Grove for Winery 2nd location at 216 NE 3rd Street.
Approved OLCC Liquor License for Vine to Vessel Vineyard LLC dba: Vine to Vessel for Winery Primary location at 1400 NE Alpha Drive.

- Join the zoom meeting use the raise hand feature in zoom to request to speak, once your turn is up we will announce your name and unmute your mic. You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City by filling out a comment sheet. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak.
- Attend in person and fill out a public comment card.
