Creative Movement

Learn basic ballet movements in a positive and fun environment. Technique is taught through creative dances and imagination.

Wear clothes that you can move in. Dance shoes or socks are acceptable.

Adaptive Rhythm and Movement Dance Class

This adaptive dance class will focus on balance, flexibility, musicality, body awareness, and rhythm in a fun, low stress environment. This class will require an accommodation request form to be filled out so class can be tailored to specific needs.
