Chegwyn Farms Park, located in Northeast McMinnville, has been recognized in the Daily Journal of Commerce for its unique design and family-friendly features.

In his article, author Jim Sandlin praises the park, saying:

"Through working with the playground, shelter and furnishing manufacturers, the custom design of a restroom, and careful thought for layout and organization of the proposed features, our team was able to provide the desired modern amenities while still acknowledging the community’s roots. Ultimately, the seemingly blank slate turned into a park that is unique to the community and the city as a whole."
