Crime Prevention / Trespass Enforcement

The purpose of this program is to allow a property owner or manager to authorize officers to enter onto their property for the purpose of enforcing trespass laws against individuals who are trespassing on the property when there is no responsible party on site. To initiate the program, the property owner, manager or lessee, must complete the below form.

The following types of property are NOT ELIGIBLE:

• Businesses in operation 24 hours and/or with private security services
• Multi-family housing such as apartments, duplexes, quadruplexs or townhomes
• Single-family detached residence
• Public right of ways or premises open to the public
• Property not within the McMinnville Police Department jurisdiction
