Fire Code Permit Application
Please submit an application for the following:
- Retail Fireworks Sales
- Fireworks Display
- Theatrical Performance with Pyrotechnics/Flames/Torches
- LPG Tank (greater than 2000 gallons)
- Flammable or Combustible Liquid Tank Installation (greater than 1000 gallons)
- Outdoor Assembly Event (greater than 1000 people)
- Explosive Blasting
- Tents or Temporary Membrane Structures (in excess of 400 sq. ft.)
- Temporary Haunted House or Similar Venue
- Ceremonial Fire or Bonfire
- Emergency Radio Responder Coverage Review
