211info is a private, community-based nonprofit organization funded by state and municipal contracts, foundations, donations, and community partners in Oregon and Southwest Washington. 211info serves Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties in Washington and the entire of State of Oregon. 211info empowers Oregon and Southwest Washington communities by helping people identify, navigate, and connect with the local resources they need.

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is Oregon's principal agency for helping Oregonians achieve well-being and independence. We provide direct services to more than 1 million Oregonians each year. These services are a key safety net for people in diverse communities across Oregon.

Yamhill County Health and Human Services (HHS) provides publicly funded behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and public health services to all residents of Yamhill County.  Through a combination of providing direct services and system coordination and development, HHS strives to enhance community health and safety in every part of the county.

The Trevor Project’s mission is to end suicide among gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning young people. Our vision Our vision is to always be the world’s largest and best-in-class provider of suicide prevention and crisis intervention services for LGBTQ youth, and serve as a leading voice in education, advocacy, and research related to LGBTQ youth and mental health.

Thriving Families, Thriving Communities. Unidos Bridging Community is a Latinx-led nonprofit that promotes integration, participation, and success of Latinx individuals and families in Yamhill County. We offer culturally specific programming, including services for community building, health and wellness, and workforce development. Unidos also advocates for system changes and collaborates with local service providers to improve the lives of Latinx immigrant communities.

To advocate for people in need by providing access to resources and tools to strengthen communities in Yamhill County. The Yamhill Community Action Partnership (YCAP) was founded in 1980 as part of a nationwide network of social service agencies designed to help improve the lives of low-income people and strengthen communities. We assist the residents of Yamhill County, diligently focusing on four primary service categories: Housing Stabilization, Energy Services, the regional Food Bank, and Youth Services.
