McMinnville Parks and Recreation has partnered with Silver & Fit, Silver Sneakers™, and Renew Active to provide programs and memberships to those who have the specified health insurance. To learn about your fitness benefits, please contact your health insurance provider. You can read more about each program here!

To take advantage of your fitness benefits, bring the following to any McMinnville Parks and Recreation facility:

• Renew Active®: Contact your Health Insurance provider for a confirmation number to provide when   you sign-up.
• Silver & Fit: Be ready to provide your name and date of birth when you sign up. 
• SilverSneakers™: Contact your Health Insurance provider to obtain a Silver Sneakers card to provide   when you check in at a facility.

RENEW ACTIVE®

Jump-start your quest for better health, body and mind. Staying active is not only good for your body, it’s also good for your mind. Renew Active® is a fitness program designed for both, with the goal of helping Medicare members reach fitness goals and stimulate their brains. The program is available with select UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans and includes a membership at a participating fitness location at no extra cost and online exercises and activities to support brain health. https://uhcrenewactive.com/home

SILVER&FIT

Silver&Fit is designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost or low cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans.
