RJ Development is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for an expansion to the Parkland Village Living Facility.  The addition would be approximately 23,134 square feet in size, adding an additional 24 units.  The subject site is located at 3121 NE Cumulus Avenue and is more specifically described as Tax Lot 101, Section 22DD, T. 4 S., R. 4 W., W.M.

Please note:  This application is a new proposal for 24 units and will replace the recently approved conditional use permit (CU 2-17) for the addition of 18 units.
