Richard Walker, on behalf of property owner McMinnville Senior Living, LLC, is requesting approval to partition an approximately 2.83 acre parcel of land into two (2) parcels approximately 2.27 acres and 11,422 square feet in size.  The partition includes the dedication of public right-of-way for a new public street between the two new parcels.  The new public street would extend from Dunn Place on the east to the existing parcel’s property line on the west.  The subject site is located at 235 NE Dunn Place and is more specifically described as Tax Lot 1700, Section 22CD, T.4 S., R. 4 W., W.M.
