Ray Kulback is requesting approval of a zone change from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to R-4 PD (Multiple-Family Residential Planned Development) on an approximately 0.22 acre parcel of land.  Concurrently, the applicant is requesting a Planned Development amendment to amend an existing R-4 PD (Multiple-Family Residential Planned Development) zone on an approximately 0.89 acre parcel of land.  The rezoning and planned development amendment would result in the ability to develop multiple-family residential dwelling units on the two parcels.  The subject sites are located at 1730 SW 2nd Street, and more specifically described as Tax Lots 101 and 100, Section 20CB, T. 4 S., R. 4 W., W.M., respectively.
